Graduated from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP). Specialized in Economic, International and European Criminal Law from Universidade de Coimbra and in Environmental Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP). Dall’Acqua is a member of the Prerogatives Committee of the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seção São Paulo (OAB-SP), and served as director of the Instituto de Defesa do Direito de Defesa (IDDD) and as legal director of the São Paulo’s Industries Federation. Has also integrated the Commission for Studies on Antitrust and Economic Regulation of the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seção São Paulo (OAB-SP), the legal Committee of the Italian-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, the Committee of the Brazilian Institute for Studies on Antitrust, Consumer Affairs and International Trade (IBRAC) and coordinated the Lawyers’ Rights and Prerogatives Committee of the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seção São Paulo (OAB-SP). Has Professional Certification in Anti-Corruption Compliance (CPC-A) by Legal Ethics Compliance.
In 2025, he was recognized in the White-Collar Crime category by Chambers and Partners, as well as in the Leaders League directory for the same practice area. In recent years, Rodrigo Dall’Acqua has also been recognized as one of the most admired in the corporate criminal law field in Análise Advocacia’s rankings.
