With over 30 years of experience, elected twice as one of the 100 most influential Brazilians by Época Magazine and as one of the fifteen most important lawyers in the country. Chaired the Brazilian Bar Association’s Rights and Prerogatives Committee and served as advisor of the Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil, Seção São Paulo (OAB-SP). Also chaired the Caixa de Assistência dos Advogados de São Paulo (CAASP), as well as having served as director of the Associação dos Advogados de São Paulo (AASP). Oliveira Lima is a member of theInstituto dos Advogados (IASP ) and of the Innocence Project, being regularly invited to give lectures on topics related to criminal law and public security.

In 2025, he was once more recognized by Chambers and Partners in the White-Collar Crime category, as well as in the Leaders League directory in the same practice area.

The firm was also named once again in Chambers and Partners in the White-Collar Crime category and in the “Leader” category of the “Best Law Firms – Conflict Resolution in Corporate Criminal Law” list by Leaders League – Brazil.

In recent years, he has also been recognized in Chambers Latin America, in the Análise Advocacia 500 yearbook as one of the most admired criminal lawyers in Brazil, and – for more than ten consecutive years- ranked in Análise Advocacia as one of the most admired lawyers in the criminal area.
